Under his leadership, the station was nominated for a Marconi Radio Award for "Station of the Year" in 2023 by the National Association of Broadcasters and won the prestigious Marconi Radio Award for "Rock Station of the Year" in 2024. With a comprehensive skill set that encompasses content strategy, talent management, operations, and branding, Dan is the driving force behind the station’s success.

Not limited to his role in Denver, Dan’s influence extends to other renowned radio stations. He serves as the Classic Rock Afternoon Personality on 96.5 WCMF, an Audacy sister station, and as the Brand Manager for 98.9 The Buzz in Rochester, New York. Moreover, Dan showcases his expertise by hosting tailored local shows on various radio stations nationwide, delivering exceptional content through Local Radio Networks' Classic Hits format.

A proud native of Colorado Springs, Dan is an alumnus of Colorado State University-Pueblo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting & New Media Studies in 2006. His passion for the broadcasting industry extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he has also served as an instructor at the Colorado Media School, sharing his enthusiasm with aspiring talents.

Before making his mark in Denver radio in 2011, Dan’s career journey included notable positions at television and radio stations in Pueblo and Colorado Springs. He also gained international exposure as the host of a globally syndicated music show for WestwoodOne.
